- Eugen Sakhnenko was born in Kiev, Ukraine and has grown up in North America. He currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is completing his BFA in Photography at Ryerson University. if you look at the larger version on flickr it looks like there is a woman standing there. Check it out.
